FABRICATION SERVICES

Known for our expertise and quality manufacturing, EIS designs and engineers composite and convolute material components for the oil and gas industry. Our comprehensive offering includes quality fabricated composites and turnkey products such as drillable components, composite frac plugs, composite bridge plugs, mandrels, cores, cones, compression rings, and more for the down hole environment.

We partner with oilfield service companies to provide highly specialized fabricated frac plugs and components engineered to endure up to 10,000 PSI and temperatures of 350 degrees, with the potential to increase ratings based on raw materials and application requirements. Our in-house engineering team collaborates with your design teams to offer specialized composite expertise and sourcing for the co-design, manufacturing, and assembly of products. The design engineering, assembly, and quality and qualification tests are managed in-house to ensure strict adherence to high tolerances and technical specifications.

Our filament wound full composite designs are used in various applications including pipeline and downhole well drilling. Our frac plug components are designed for milling out with minimal torque and our expertise and experience ensure quality and reliability to protect the integrity of your fractures.

EIS solves challenges with mill out times by exploring solutions involving float equipment and innovative composite nose designs. Float shoe noses can be designed with a variety of configurations that help ensure the casing is run successfully past the most severe ledges or obstructions.  Any nose configuration can be manufactured to match casing size, weight, grade, and thread.  The composite tapered nose helps the casing move past previous sidetracks in the wellbore, helping ensure that the casing gets to the bottom on the first attempt.  The use of composite materials can decrease the drill-out time substantially when used with PDC (polycrystalline diamond compact) fixed cutter drill bits.
