Nu-Sleeve SG-200 is a braided fiberglass sleeve coated with a liquid silicone rubber. The braid is heat treated to optimize coating adhesion and minimize surface irregularities. - Nu-Sleeve SG-200 is available in 5 electrical grades (A, B, C-1 , C-2 and C-3) . It is highly resistant to end-fray and coating fractures and is a non-flammable sleeve.
Features
- Nu-Sleeve SG-200 is the ideal choice for high stress applications over a wide temperature range from -55 °C (-67 °F) up to 200 °C (392 °F)
- It is used extensively in high-temperature applications where one or more of the following features are required: flexibility, expandability, abrasion resistance, cut through resistance and chemical resistance
- Self-extinguishing with removal of flame source rate of burning
- Dielectric Grade: C
- Dielectric Strength: Dry: 8000 Volt, 60 Hz AC at 500 V/s Rate of Rise, Wet: >80% of the Dry Values
- Temperature Rating: -55 to 200 °C
