Static Dissipative Binder made from a static dissipative vinyl material, these binders are ideal for storing documents in ESD sensitive areas. Electrostatic charges are removed to ground when grounded. - Ring constructed of nickel plated steel, ring size is the inside diameter of the ring and indicates the capacity of the binder to hold material.
