Flux-Off water soluble is a proprietary blend of powerful cleaning solvents designed to replace TMS based solvents. This defluxing agent removes R, RMA, RA, and synthetic flux residues, as well as ionic and non-ionic soils. - Excellent material compatibility. Removes ionic and non-ionic residues that contribute electrical leakage. Removes light handling residues. Evaporates quickly, leaves no residue.
