Dow Corning P5200 Adhesion Promoter Red is used as a cleaner and primer to improve the bonding of Dow Corning brand adhesives and sealants to porous and non-porous surfaces. It offers low VOC, fast evaporation, and is not classified as a volatile organic compound. - Expired primer turns milky. Fast evaporation time. Cleaner and primer for non-porous surfaces. Clear version will not stain porous surfaces (unlike film-forming barrier primers).
