Elantas PDG Pedigree® 6180-S Polyester Impregnating Resin, 3400 V/Mil (ASTM D149 - 1.5 Mil) Dielectric Strength, 26 °C (ASTM D93) Flash Point, 30 min At 82 °C/180 °F or 20 min At 93 °C/200 °F Full Cure Time, 8 - 15 min At 82 °C/180 °F - w/2% C 8 Gel Time, 85 - 90 Shore D Hardness, 150 - 200 CP At 25 °C/77 °F Viscosity. - Pedigree® 6180 S is a 100%-reactive, unsaturated polyester resin in styrene monomer. It requires the addition of a peroxide catalyst for proper cure.
