EIS Investment In Rochester Fabrication Facility 


Rochester, NY — July 25th, 2022

The newest upgrades and expansion to the cutting-edge facility in New York solidifies EIS’ position as a market leader providing fabrication solutions to the electrical power, renewable energy, electric vehicle and EV mobility, and medical markets. 

EIS Legacy, LLC. [“EIS”] announced today the investments made to their fabrication facility in Rochester, NY that provides seamless business operations with updated facilities, new equipment, and team expansions. This milestone is a major move for EIS on its mission to expand manufacturing capabilities of top-tier process materials for its customers - driving best-in-class service and customization opportunities for critical components to North American manufacturers.

This news comes in the wake of multiple acquisitions and expansions for EIS in 2021, growing their manufacturing capacity and capabilities, making the company the largest converter of flexible and rigid insulation in North America. EIS continues this expansion with its recent updates to their Rochester location, including: 

  • Expanded workforce in engineering, finance, and HR teams
  • Investments in new & updated equipment that ensures safe and seamless operations
  • Optimization of warehouse and production areas for efficient and effective material flow throughout the facility
  • Enhanced “white room” that includes certified clean room production practices
  • Updated facilities for employees, including modernized training rooms, break rooms, and common areas
