Protective Clothing is essential in many jobs where workers are exposed to different assortments of hazardous liquids or materials. Protective Clothing protects against materials such as pesticides, heavy dust, and contamination in workplaces or fields such as Laboratories, Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture, Aerospace, Maintenance, and General Manufacturing. Protective Clothing comes in four general categories:
- Sleeves: Sleeves are designed with elastic cuffs to be secured on the body to cover and protect from the wrists to the mid-upper arm.
- Coveralls: Coveralls are full-body suits designed with abrasion resistance to protect the body. Coveralls are available in Hooded and Non-Hooded options to best suit the intended workplace. Options of elastic-banded wrist and ankle cuffs are also available.
- Coats: Coats cover the torso and arms of the wearer, protecting them with breathable material while maintaining waterproof properties.
- Aprons: Protective aprons made of denim are available to protect workers and clothing from jobsite materials.
