Rea Nysol heavy build is a dual film solderable insulation composed of modified polyurethane resins with a polyimide (nylon) overcoat. The nylon overcoat provides a significant reduction in the wire's coefficient of friction aiding both windability and the production of compact coils.
Nysol heavy build has a continuous operating temperature of 155 deg C and is formulated for applications where a solderable insulation is desired. Excellent dereeling and windability on high speed and/or automated winding machines.
