Double Sided Film Tapes
EIS offers a variety of Double Sided Film Tapes that are ideal for any mounting or bonding need. Double Sided Film Tapes are rolls of pressure-sensitive adhesive made up of a backing material that is coated on both sides with a specialized adhesive with a release liner attached to one side. These tapes are designed to bond two surfaces together. To apply the tape, apply pressure to the strip, then gently peel the liner away from the tape to expose the other side of adhesive.
Double Sided Film Tapes range between 1.1 to 9 mil thick. Tapes that feature different types of adhesion on either side for projects that require different adhesive types on either side. These tapes offer different levels of adhesive permanence on either side, allowing one side to be more easily transferable than the other. For optimal performance, it is best to select the appropriate thickness, backing material, and adhesive type depending on the surfaces the tape will be applied to.
