Loctite CAT 9 is a two-component epoxy encapsulant designed for general potting applications. It is a flame retardant version of Stycast 2651-40. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability at 6.4 mm thickness. LOCTITE® STYCAST Catalyst 9 Amber, formerly Emerson and Cuming, is a room temperature curing, epoxy hardener that offers excellent physical strength, low viscosity, low cost and good chemical resistance.
