Protektive Pak offers ESD solutions for material handling and packaging for all manufacturing steps: Inspection, Test, Storage, Shipment, Installation, Maintenance, Replacement, and Repair. We manufacture products to help you meet ANSI/ESD 20.20 and ANSI/ESD S541 Packaging Requirements. You can rely on Protektive Pak for a wide range of material handling and packaging products to protect your goods from ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and from physical and vibration damage. Our products include boxes and containers, foam, shielding bags, pink poly bags, antistatic tape, labels, lead chip carriers, kitting trays, and custom products. Our corrugated products are made of impregnated corrugated fiberboard with a buried shielding layer.
Protektive Pak Product Families
Impregnated corrugated fiberboard provides greater durability than coated or printed materials. Static-dissipative material provides ESD protection. A wide array of products to meet any handling or packaging situation.
Plastek Products
Plastek features 10² – 104 ohm conductivity for reliable path to ground. Hi strength & durability along with chemical and moisture resistance. Ideal for where fiberboard cannot be used.
Bags
Products include Statshield® metal-in shielding bags with and without zipper, green lead-free area bags, Auto-Shield™ bags on rolls, pink poly bags, moisture barrier bags, desiccant, and humidity indicator cards.
Tape
Products include a wide range of Wescorp tape in several types, widths and core diameters.
Other Products
Pink static-dissipative foam is available in several thicknesses in flat or convoluted sheets. Black foam is available in static dissipative cushion grade and conductive lead insertion grade.
Labels and signs for marking products and work areas.
Conductive hinged boxes have foam inserts and are used for small component handling.
