Soldering

Hot Air SMD Rework
When it comes to hot air SMD rework, Hakko pulls out all the stops. From a simple station to a complete high performance process-controllable system, Hakko has a solution for you, including PCB preheaters and a large fixture boom stand.
BGA Rework
Hakko offers a low cost BGA rework system with or without automated Z-axis. These systems are designed for the alignment and placement of BGA, µBGA, Flip-Chip, CSP and other surface mount components. The system features a unique gantry construction, which allows the PCB to remain stationary while the head moves to accomplish the X,Y,Z and Theta alignment.
The Hakko FT-800 thermal wire stripper will strip a wide variety of wire insulations, including Teflon. The blades heat up to ~800°C (1475°F) and are easy to replace.
Fume Extraction
Breathe Easy with the Hakko HJ3100 fume extraction system. Remove toxic and nauseous soldering smoke and fumes directly at the source. The high-mass, low vacuum system captures the contaminated air from the workplace, transferring it to the HJ3100 unit by flexible or rigid ducts. Inside the unit, two filters, (pre-filter and HEPA) purify the air and return it to the area where the HJ3100 is located.
