Arlon-ECP produces flexible laminates for use in Motor, Transformer and Generator applications requiring high quality electrical insulation that withstand high temperature environments. Substrates used include the highest quality papers, woven and non-woven fabrics and dielectric films, which are combined with high performance polymer adhesives and coatings. These electrical insulations provide protection in a wide range of service temperatures, ranging from 105°C to 220°C. The high dielectric strength meets UL requirements and the heat resistance meets appropriate UL thermal requirements. Arlon laminates are produced in our state of the art facilities in San Antonio and Dallas, Texas.
Arlon-STD (Silicone Technologies Division) develops and manufactures specialty silicone compounds, components, and coated fabrics for a variety of applications and industries. We deliver high quality standard silicone solutions in several product areas. Arlon and MOX-Tape® silicone tapes are produced from specially formulated silicone rubber. They bond irreversibly to provide an insulative barrier that is resistant to moisture, oxygen, ozone and corona over a wide temperature range (-65°F up to +500°F), providing superior electrical insulation with great dielectric strength.

Self-Fusing Tape
MOX-Tape® silicone tapes, produced from specially formulated silicone rubber. Irreversible bond; provides insulative barrier resistant to moisture, oxygen, ozone.
Superior electrical insulation with dielectric strength of 300 VPM minimum at 356°F/180°C.
Flexible Heater Substrates
UL recognized reversion resistant silicone rubber/fiberglass fabric composites for use as insulation for flexible heaters. Our resistive foil composites, such as Alloy 600/silicone, eliminate the bonding step.
Electronic Adhesives: Thermabond®
Elastomeric thermal interface materials that provide thermal-mechanical stress decoupling and a reliable heat transfer path. Allows adjoining components to move freely during operation -- preventing stress build-up created by CTE mismatch. Available in a range of thermal conductivities, including an electrically conductive line for ground plane continuity, ESD grounding, and EMI shielding, and RF shielding.
Thermapad® Press Pad
Reversion resistant silicone rubber composites designed for hydraulic and autoclave lamination. Distribute pressure in the lamination of circuit boards, high pressure laminates, laminated plastic, and electron circuitry. Available in standard constructions or high performance construction. Eliminates the need for throw-away pressure
distribution vehicles such as kraft paper, blotter paper, chipboard, and other nonwoven paper- like pads.
