An overview of our Electrical OEM product categories are as follows:

Magnet Wire – Magnet wire comes in three different shapes (round, square and rectangle). The most common application usages for magnet wire are electrical windings of motors, armatures, fields, and tools, windings of dry and oil filled transformers, coils for relays and contactor operation and electronic coils.

The following materials are available for wrapping magnet wire: Cotton, glass, or Dacron® with or without varnish treatments. Bare or insulated wire may be wrapped with paper, Nomex® or Kapton®. Our primary suppliers of Magnet Wire are REA, Von Roll-Austral. and Superior Essex.

Lead Wire & Cable – Products from world class suppliers such as Belden, Champlain Cable, Nexans (SIWO-KUL), Radix, and Tennessee Wire & Cable are available. We carry a wide range of wire gauges (4/0 – 24 gauge), 600 and 1,000 volt in a variety of colors (mostly black). Fabrico has the capability to re-spool either standard and flexible wires with either plastic or silicone coatings.

 

Insulating Films & Papers – EIS carries a complete line of “Insulating Films and Papers” providing you with all the right solutions for the demanding requirements of your electric motor, transformer, and wire insulation customer needs. EIS stocks a large assortment of products from DuPont-Teijin Films, DuPont-Nomex, General Electric, NVF, VonRoll, IPT, Arlon, and Toray.

Rigid Laminates – EIS offers a wide selection of rigid and composite products and materials that offer a superior combination of electrical and mechanical properties such as dielectric strength, flame resistance, arc and track resistance, and high-flexural and high-impact strength from world class suppliers like Rochling-Glastic and NVF. Products include fiberglass-reinforced polyester thermoset sheets, electrical insulating structural products, glasrod, topsticks, and standoff insulators to name a few.

 

Mica Products – are among the most radiation resistant dielectric materials available. Key strategic vendors like Von Roll and Isovolta offer a complete range of temperature resistant mica materials for you to choose from. The low thermal conductivity of these products allows you to achieve substantial energy costs savings in your applications.
