Capacitors Start & Run

EIS carries a complete line of start and run capacitors.  A wide array of 110, 165, 250, and 330 volt start caps along with 370, 440, and 660 volt run caps are supplied by NGM and ASC. A minimal range of 240 volt dry run type capacitors are stocked as well.

 

Carbon Brushes & Commutator Maintenance Products

We ship from stock Helwig Carbon and National Electric brushes along with Ideal brush seaters & other commutator maintenance products. Undercutters and accessories are provided by B.W. Calverley Co, Martindale Electric, & CAM Industries.

 

Insulation Materials, Varnish & Resin

EIS is a full line distributor of DuPont-Teijin Films, DuPont-Nomex, and DuPont-Kapton products. We ship from stock slot liner, wedges, phase insulation, sleeving, top sticks, tie cord, tape, and resin. Products are supplied by John C. Dolph, P.D. George, Breyden, Delfingen(Sofanou) , Federal Mogul-Bentley Harris, and many others.

 

Wire Products

Stock of Lead/Hookup wire is shipped from over 30 locations. Products from Belden, Champlain Cable, SIWO-Kul, Rome cable are stocked at strategic locations throughout North America. Lead wire is available in a variety of sizes and color as well as package quantity. Make EIS your wire headquarters.

 

Tool & Pressure Switches

When repairing tools, sump pumps, gas pumps, or just need a toggle switch EIS has what you need. Single pole(1P) double pole(2P) or double pole double throw(DPDT) toggle, trigger, rocker, or push button EIS stocks a wide variety. We also carry many repair cords for the leading brands of tool manufactures such as Black & Decker, Milwaukee, as well as generic strain relief styles. Keep EIS in mind when you need a pressure, drum, foot or tool switch. Speed controls, plugs and terminals are also stocked at various locations.

 

Pump Seals

EIS carries the U.S. Seal complete line of replacement pump seals along with Aladdin, Value Guard, and RAM seal lines. We offer in conjunction with RAM Seal a hard face repair program. Silicon and Tungsten carbide seals can be repaired to avoid the high cost of replacing the original seal. Ask an EIS sales rep for more information on our seal repair program.

 

Belts & Sheaves Power Transmission

We carry a large inventory of Maska pulleys. Cast iron single and double groove sheaves for V-belt styles 3L, 4L, 5L. These sheaves are bored to size or Tapered bushing styles. Stock ranges from 1.5” to 14” O.D. Taper bushings (D-Bushings) sizes range from ½” to 1-7/16” shaft size. A large inventory of the variable pitch fixed bore pulleys are stocked for the H.V.A.C. market. Carlisle brand A, B, 3L, 4L, and 5L belts are stocked at several locations throughout the country. Other special belts are available from the factory by special order.

 

Instruments & Meters

EIS is a full line Fluke distributor and carries many other well known brands, Amprobe, UEI, Simpson, Monolithic. Meters of all types are stocked. Volt-Ohm-Milliammeter(VOM), panel, clamp-on, frequency, capacitor, tachometer, voltmeters, Insulation testers, Ammeters, continuity ohmmeter, and many others.

 

Electronic Parts

EIS ships from stock diodes, Silicon controlled rectifier’s (SCR), thyristors, bridge rectifiers, stud and puck type diodes & rectifiers as well as SCR power cubes. We also carry the tools for soldering & static control.

 

Bearings, Greases & Installation tools

EIS is an authorized distributor for SKF, NTN, MRC, ORS, KBC, & Barden bearings. We also have a selected stock of CR oil seals (Chicago Rawhide). We carry a full line of the 6000-6200-6300 series along with cylindrical roller, angular contact, radial ball, cartridge type, precision, shaker screen, double row, spherical roller, tapered roller and thrust bearings, mounted bearings that include pillow blocks,  2 and 4 bolt flange, and adapter mount. These bearings are used in Electric motors, conveyors, air handling, mills, gear boxes and other equipment.  EIS also carries a full line of bearing sleeves and tolerance rings from Electro-Mec, Shaver Kudell, & USA tolerance ring.
An assortment of greases and bearing retaining compounds are also stocked from Master Lubricants, Dow Corning, and Henkel Loctite. Installation tools like bearing heaters & bearing drivers are available as well. Name brands like Kukko, Industrial Pulley Puller, and Posilock pullers are carried at various EIS locations.

 

Paints, Adhesives & Cleaners

A wide selection of paint colors are stocked as well as specialty chemicals like contact cleaner, moisture and fungus proof varnish and electric motor degreaser. Well known name brands like Loctite, CRC, Dolph (Von Roll) , Permatex, Chico, Rockite, Famous making, EPO dynaweight, provide us with off-the-shelf sealing, cleaning, masking, and thread locking products.
