Product(s) Manufactured: Active, static, and interactive whiteboards.

Product(s) Presently Used: GE RTV 133

Problem: Cure time is too long and EIS didn’t supply mount PCB assembly to back of whiteboard

assembly.

Designed Requirements: UL Approved, noncorrosive, fast setting, excellent adhesion to plastics, black RTV, and lower cost.

Solution: Submitted Dow Corning 832 and 739, customer preferred the 832 and has placed orders.

Results: Customer has a cost saving of approximately 30%. Cure time is reduced and customer can ship units sooner.
