Permacel Brand Name Changes to Nitto Denko America

(As seen at NittoUSA.com) Please note that effective October 1, 2009, Permacel, a Nitto Denko Company, has transferred to its existing group company Nitto Denko America. All operations have been merged together with current Nitto Denko Americas group companies. This transfer is to allow our Nitto Denko organizations to take advantage of combined synergies. In no way will this impact the continued supply or quality of product offered from Permacel.
